How It Started

CodeFlow Design Ltd was born from a simple observation. Thousands of aspiring web designers were overwhelmed by conflicting tutorials and outdated learning resources. We decided to fix that.

The Problem We Saw

Most HTML and CSS courses skip the fundamentals or assume too much. We’ve worked with hundreds of designers who’d learned bits and pieces but couldn’t build anything from scratch. They weren’t confident in their skills, and employers noticed. We’re talking about designers who couldn’t position elements reliably, didn’t understand the CSS cascade, or froze when asked to create a responsive layout without a framework.

What We Built

CodeFlow Design Ltd developed a structured, practical approach that doesn’t waste your time. We cover semantic HTML, CSS fundamentals, responsive design patterns, and modern layout techniques—all through hands-on projects. You’re not memorizing syntax; you’re building real websites. Each module includes live code examples, detailed walkthroughs, and exercises that mirror actual client work. By the end, you’ll have a portfolio of projects you can show employers with confidence.

Why Canada Matters

We’re based in Canada and we understand the Canadian market. Our curriculum aligns with what Canadian agencies and startups actually need. We’ve partnered with over 60 design studios across Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, and Calgary. They tell us exactly what junior developers struggle with, and we adapt accordingly. Your education here is built on real feedback from real employers.

How We Teach

CodeFlow Design Ltd’s approach is different. We focus on depth, not breadth. You’ll learn fewer things, but you’ll understand them deeply.

01

Foundations First

Before touching CSS, you’ll master semantic HTML structure. Understanding document flow changes everything about how you approach design and layout.

02

CSS Fundamentals

We don’t rush into flexbox and grid. You’ll learn the cascade, specificity, and box model first. These aren’t boring—they’re the keys to writing efficient, maintainable CSS.

03

Responsive Patterns

Mobile-first design isn’t a buzzword here—it’s how you’ll approach every project. You’ll learn media queries, flexible layouts, and touch-friendly interfaces from the ground up.

04

Real Projects

Theory means nothing without practice. You’ll build 8 complete websites during the course, each one progressively more complex. These become your portfolio pieces.

What We Stand For

These aren’t just words on our website. They shape how CodeFlow Design Ltd operates every single day.

Code Quality

We teach clean, readable, accessible code. Not just code that works—code that other developers can maintain and build upon.

Practical Skills

Everything you learn connects directly to jobs. We’re not interested in trends that’ll be outdated in six months. We focus on lasting fundamentals.

Community Support

You’re not learning alone. Our community of 2,400+ designers means you’ve always got someone to ask questions, share ideas, and celebrate wins with.

Career Growth

Our goal isn’t to sell courses—it’s to get you hired. We’ve got employer partnerships and job placement support built into everything we do.
